Axalta Receives Honda Supplier Award in Brazil

Axalta received the Honda Supplier Award for Excellence in Quality and Delivery for its outstanding performance in 2019. This is the third year that Axalta was recognized as a top supplier by Honda Brazil.  

Honda Brazil’s annual supplier awards recognize top-performing suppliers by evaluating criteria such as quality (zero quality issues in all products supplied to Honda in the previous year), delivery (100% on-time product deliveries) and cost, among others.

This accomplishment motivates our team to continue to improve every day, and to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services,” said Mateus Aquino, President of Brazil at Axalta. “For more than 44 years, Axalta Brazil has proudly partnered with Honda and we are even more motivated and excited to follow this successful formula.”

Axalta received this award from Honda Brazil in 2015 and 2017. This recognition reflects the high quality of the company’s coatings and customer satisfaction efforts, as well as Axalta’s capabilities in research and development. The Honda Supplier Awards ceremony was held virtually to ensure the health and safety of its participants.
